It's not explained properly yet but I think it's the same with Babe and he is an Alpha and he is into Alphas but he can not stand their pheromones. I am honestly not so good at explaining this. Like there's also heat, rut and then marking. You can actually try reading an omegaverse manga or manhwa that way it'll be more clear.

Honestly date or no date for people who can't stay committed that doesn't really matter. And yeah that was disrespectful and he does need some self reflection. But as I said I understand it all. I felt it all and I do think what Nick did was best for him. However, a part of me is just sad and call me color blind I really wanted them together.
