Unqualified opinion is given by auditors when there's no any issue in the firm (in simple sense). But contrast to it if the auditor gives qualified opinion then as mentioned in general the shareholders, investors, creditors, overall the parties involved with the company are affected. Moreover, the government may come into picture, for instance, investigation of the company, blacklist the company or something even more severe because of non compliance.
