nice visuals, but...the storytelling and character development was not good.
I'll second that.
With the heroine spending 90% of the movie pushing the hero away and or/running from him, this really wasn't much of a romance. And very hard to understand why the hero would continue pursuing this girl like crazy, rejection after rejection after rejection.
Has anyone found this drama subtitled in English, Spanish, or French? With the success of Splish Splash Love,…
Wow, that's quite a few languages you can read! :)
I don't speak French, but I'd welcome a German subtitle, in absence of an En or Sp one...not that there's any likelihood for that to ever exist. Lol. I'm just really curious about this drama special.
I loved "Love Me If You Dare" and Wang Kai's role in it! I'm also reading "When A Snail Falls In…
I was dissatisfied with how they handled the romance in LMIYD (i.e. they cut it to the bone; almost all the great lovey-dovey content from the book was missing). I hope they do a better balancing act between the investigative part and the romance in Snail.
Hi, I've just subbed this in English and have uploaded the full movie to Youtube. You can find it on https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PIvtedyTDpM…
Thank you for subbing this! Because of you, I was finally able to watch the movie and y'know, actually understand what the actors were saying as their lips were moving (lol), so my gratitude is endless. :) I love this story so, so much. (And Gu Man, in general.)
Does anyone know where I can download this via torrent?
That's exactly why I prefer JDownloader for direct downloads: because it adds and manages the downloads all by itself, without me having to click on links and await a timer and check progress etc. Also, it can often pause and resume downloads (like, if the Internet connection goes down)--but only if the file hosting service allows it. So for example, DepositFiles (a dedicated file hoster) allows resumable downloads, I think, but Youtube probably doesn't since its purpose is not filehosting for download. If JDownloader loses the connection, it'll have to re-start the download. But hey, at least you won't have to do it manually.
BTW, I was actually wrong before: the episodes I found for LMIYD are 1080p, not 720p, and cca. 600 MB in size. I have an okay Internet connection and can usually download them off of Youtube in 3 minutes or less. Also, unlike when I use avistaz, it doesn't count towards my download/upload ratio, so yay! :)
Found this by chance last night. Got fully caught up in one night. It is so perfect. I had no idea how perfect…
Hi. No problem. I'm glad to answer questions; it's actually good that people know about this production company and maybe check out their other dramas if they liked this one; they're worth it. Hopefully *knocks on wood* ShanDong keeps up the good work in the future.
As for the network being Dragon TV... It's actually like this: dramas (in China and S.Korea) are often made by independent production companies (not by the networks themselves) and then they are sold to a network (or more than one network) for TV and/or Internet broadcast. In the case of "Love Me If...", Dragon TV and I think also Sohu have purchased airing rights. Hope that clears things up. :)

I wrote Shandong for brevity's sake; the complete name is ShanDong Film & TV Group (or also: ShanYing for short).
I meant: a Shandong production = a Shandong drama = a drama/production made by Shandong.
ETA: ShanDong is a Chinese production company (i.e. it creates TV content, like documentaries, dramas etc.)

I recommend that you simply use a download manager (like JDownloader) to download the uncut, unmarked episodes from Youtube. Video quality is excellent at 720p. Just do a search for channel 大劇獨播.

Shandong dramas are usually like that: well-written, well-acted, and well-produced. Unlike 95% of C-dramas, a Shandong production basically guarantees that the plot won't go off the rails and the main characters won't lose their minds (or personalities) sooner or later.
Unfortunately, this production company only recently started making dramas, so there's not a huge backlist yet. Still, there's "Battle of Changsha" (heartbreaking, but in a perfect, oh-it-hurts-so-good way) and "Nirvana in Fire".

Anyone knows where to watch the cutted out scenes or unzensored episodes?
Uncut episodes (i.e. no scenes deleted) are available, but they're not uncensored. Easiest available source: viki. Far as I know, they're using the uncut episodes for their translation.
Is she going to bite him as writing at synopsis or they are talking about the case happened at subway ?
It's what happened at the subway, only the wording is inaccurate. It was an almost-bite (not an actual one) and that's the event that set everything else in motion (i.e. the relationship between the leads).
