The 1st time I watched kdramas, my eyes widened in disbelief and my jaw dropped, when parents or parents-in-law decided for the ML or FL who they could marry/whether they could divorce or not/who they could date/what subjects or majors they could study.

Bom's acting is very stiff and the Wardrobe Department did a terrible job on her attire throughout this drama. But they are biased on Kwangsook's mum. Bom wants to be the one to choose her stepmother. She doesn't seem concerned of her dad's happiness but of her own happiness regarding who he marries.

Actually, Beomsoo's ex should not stand any chance in getting custody of Hani because she abandoned Hani and Beomsoo soon after Hani was born. I was puzzled that she wanted custody now because Beomsoo has a girlfriend now. What has that got to do Beomsoo having custody of Hani. The judge should not give her custody of Hani as she might abandon Hani again.

There's really very little time for Beomsoo & Seri love story because his ex is causing mayhem now. I guess we have to be satisfied with them dating at the end of the drama. But I would really love to see this couple get married.
I dislike Bom from Day One. Stiff acting. Doesn't dress up properly and stylishly although her profession is fashion designer. To date, Kangsoo has not shown any romantic feelings for Bom. There is just no time for them to be a couple ... which is good. 😄😄😄

These morons deserve everything the ex will do to them. They are just that stupid.
Sigh! It has to be this stupid otherwise there is no drama. In kdramaland, no one locks their house. Kwangsook's seal cannot be kept in the bank as it may be used to sign contracts etc from time to time. But ownership documents of the Brewery should be kept in a safe deposit in a bank.

I like Dongseok's decisiveness and even impatience to get things done. He is a high achiever, which is why he is so successful in his management of LX Hotel.
That's why I applaud the decisive and impatient manner he grabbed Kwangsook's hand, as she was crying and gasping, and marched confidently into the house to confront the Oh brothers.
Although he did ride roughshod over others occasionally, it is a flaw which I am sure Kwangsook can help to correct in the long run.
Angst and tears are to be expected in dramas otherwise, like my parents said, there is no drama to watch. 😄😄😄
