Earlier, I had a gut feeling that Kwansik could have caused the death of Gyeol's father. Because Gyeol was surprised to see Kwansik at the columbarium on his father's death anniversary.

Episode 59 suggested Kwansik has had a shady past.

Then Gyeol must not be paired with Seungri in any way. Something awful must have happened to Gyeol's
father and Kwansik has had a hand in it. 😳

After Junho scolded his biological parents for repeated murders and then said "I don't think you will blink your eyes when I die." 
This sentence foreshadows Junho's fate.
Some commenters said Junho will die of leukemia relapse.  Given that atp, Junho is still well and healthy, I doubt he will suffer a relapse with a few episodes left.

Yeongja has been crying that Junho abandoned her for his biological mother who abandoned him.

@GySgt213 wrote earlier that a bittersweet ending for Junho would be his saving of his adoptive mother from the clutches of his biological father.  I would like to see this happen.
