You see, Yeojin's main reason was to use Hana as a shield for Eunchong so his DNA records with the police cannot be used or mentioned to protect him. Correct?
The only person who is able to help Hana get Eunchong back is Sungho aka Grandpa. He is the only one who can now contest custody rights with Yeojin aka Grandmother. If Sungho brought up Yeojin's corporate raiding in court, she is likely to lose. The downside is court cases may take a long time to resolve. Sigh!

I am not Korean and I noticed that some Korean laws are different from other countries. Also the Koreans are very particular about blood relationship. So the court may...may award custody rights to Yeojin.
