I am saddened that Jihyeok's father died.  But it felt so needless, so distateful, so unnatural that it left a bad taste in my mouth.  And I did not shed a drop of tear.
Jihyeok's heart ailment and Jihyeok's father's accident resulting in his death - both storylines were thrown at viewers for the shock effect.

As I have said a week ago, this Writer was simply bent on jacking up the viewership of the last few episodes by writing that Jihyeok needed a heart transplant. 
Otherwise, there was no problem with Jihyeok and Eunoh relationship as they are getting closer by the day, which meant no pressing issue - no angst. This made the Writer worried about falling viewership.

Jinseok should get Seonghui a tiny apartment not studio, and let her support herself. 
What?!  Let her hover around the house and even cook for the family? 
What if she poisoned  everyone slowly?
How could Jinseok, Seongjae and Subin live in peace with a snake slithering in the house? 

Why, Oh Why are Yeongra and Jiwan not married?  Such cute and sweet chemistry .... for nothing? 🫤

The last scene at the beach should be filmed with wife Eunoh.

Hateful Writer So Hyun Kyung - I will never ever watch another drama of yours again. 😤

That was what I meant -ongoing kdramas where I have no idea of the endings. But if I knew the endings, it would be no fun to watch it.

Weekend kdramas typically don't have sad endings.

I mean if Jihyeok died, it will be heartbreaking.

I strongly object that Jihyeok's father dies in order for Jihyeok to live.
Jihyeok will not be able to live in peace and joy if it really happened that way.

But Seonghui's heart might be adversely affected by the poison she took.

Then that leaves only one conclusion, that is, the ML, Jihyeok dies.

Acowen, some kdramas are NOT meant to be watched for relaxation but for stress.
Who watches kdramas for stress?!

Seonghui took some pills to kill herself which means her heart might be adversely affected by those pills. Her heart is unlikely to be suitable for the transplant. Unless the Writer comes up with something only possible in kdramaland.

Jihyeok's father is past 60 years old. The surgeons may or may not deem his heart suitable. On top of that, his organs might be damaged in the accident. Honestly, I would not like Jihyeok's father to die and donate his heart to him. It is too tragic, too heartbreaking for me. 😭

I think Kanghyeok may be Hwayoung's traitor. Why? Because Hwayoung kept rejecting his advances all these decades. What he could not endure will be Hwayoung having an affair with Nambong later.

Sukhee's death will be the catalyst for Jangmi to take revenge. But if Sukhee died, no one else knew what happened. The elderly woman hired by Hwayoung to act as the owner of that villa 26 years ago - she must have passed away.

Then the only other witness is Kanghyeok, Hwayoung's lackey. Would he betray his love Hwayoung?

Hongju will be the thorn in Jangmi's side.
Including Jangmi>Seorin.

I'm so sick of Jangmi's near accidents with Baekho saving her. Two times is enough already.

And Jangmi almost running into Chairman and Seorin.

When Hongju realised Seorin possibly has a twin, she will use this ace card to threaten Hwayoung at work and at home and make her life miserable.

First Man has great potential because of its nail-biting storyline. Problem now is Writer is wasting time with repetitive scenes like Jangmi's near-accidents which are boring viewers to tears.

I've just watched subbed episode 28.

That scene where Junho saw Hwayoung distraught in the corridor of the Dream Hotel.
Don't you find Park Geun II aka Junho very very handsome? 🫠😍

Earlier, I have explained to @joetoca and @scarfie that I saw that scene in the preview after episode 27.  The subtitles were gone quickly so I misunderstood that scene.

I cringe when Hwayoung and Nambong appear lovey dovey.

I really hate to watch the exaggerated and clownish facial expressions of Snake Sanwol.

As for Taesook, for the sake of money, she will betray Jangmi when Hwayoung bribes her later. There must be a reason for Taesook's character.

That's why, earlier, I was telling a commenter that I don't feel any chemistry, that is, romantic chemistry between Baekho and Jangmi.
But, somehow, I feel strong romantic chemistry between Junho and Jangmi.

Too bad Ham Eun Jung has just gotten married.  Otherwise, Park Geun II do look very good with Ham Eun Jung.  Both are very good friends.

True, they do need a brainy person on their side to figure out things, don't they?

All these Korean actors and actresses look years younger than their real age. 😁

Earlier, what I said about the Snake giving Hongju info about Baekho was wrong.  It was in the preview for episode 28. 

I misunderstood the subtitles which were gone very quickly.
As you've pointed out, the Snake gave Hongju information about another man from a wealthy.
