Personally, I am certain that she has recovered snippets of her memories of Hyun Woo. That would explain the reason for her crying buckets of tears. If she did not recall anything and was only touched by her own notes, it will be unlikely to cause a torrent of emotions.

There is something bugging me about Soo Cheol's parents being forgiving to Da Hye.
The Hongs are a chaebol family. South Korean non-chaebol families are so uptight about blood relations. Example, a divorcee with a young child is forbidden to bring her child when she married into the family. I discover this fact while watching kdramas.
The Hong dad and mum are now aware that the child is not Soo Cheol's but they readily accept the child Da Hye bore with another man?
What are your thoughts? To me, this is a huge plot hole.
