It was then that I realised that what he wrote was not reset after the loop. In EP 11, he said he makes notes, because he forgets Tol when the loop resets.

Moreover Jinta was with him the first time he made use of the journal.

The mentioned it in the series. Can't remember the exact part.
Tin is a 29 years old resident doctor, while Tol 22 or 23 is in his final years
