Thanks for writing this review! Couldn't of said it any better, I also loved Saiai and one of my favorite shows this season, althought I barely watched any dramas this year lol
I can't wait to rewatch it a few months time to see what I missed, definitely high rewatch value indeed.
I don't know waht to say... filled with emotions right now T_T I'm going to sleep it off and ocme back when I'm ready
Also Saiai trending in Japan at #1, this isn't anything new as it's been trending after every episode lol but it's still awesome nonetheless https://imgur.com/LvPt6L2.png
Right?? It makes a lot of sense, when I finished watching the episode, I recall the very last scene of Episode…
Going through the post now, and yeah it does make a lot of sense. Let's wait and see what Ep 10 the final episode will deliver! I am so nervous lmao I don't know what to expect, only a few more hours.
Also, crank-up is a term I've never heard of before until now. But now I know, thanks! Yeah that maybe the case, I saw on the tbs-saiai twitter (thanks to the above blogpage) that only Misaki Ayame has cranked up.
Around 5-7 hours to go till the last episode and this has been bothering me and I don't know why I never asked but what is Yuu's memory loss disease called? It's not amnesia as he's way too young for amnesia. Was the name of the illness explicitly mentioned or is jut indirectly referred to "illness", I went back to the first 2 episodes and skimmed around but couldn't hear any mention of the name of Yuu's illness?
Composer, Yokoyama Masaru goes into the background about some of the tracks. I've only linked his tweet about the track"Saiai" but if you go on his Twitter profile, he'll have made tweets for the tracks. For the track "Saiai", the vocals in the beginning of the track were requested by the director Tsukuhara herself and Luna, the vocalist created the lyrics herself

Forgot to add, we finally reached the scene that was shown in the flashforward back in Episode 1 with Rio's hand soaked in blood! Ahh, I hope things go well for everyone...
I've actually considered Daiki being Tatsuo's accomplice in dumping Kosuke's body but despite it making so much…
Right?? It makes a lot of sense, when I finished watching the episode, I recall the very last scene of Episode 2 where Dai-chan says "I'll protect your secret" https://i.imgur.com/UNvINn5.png
Depending on how the last episode wraps up the show and characters, I'll be happy for a sequel! After Saiai finishes, I'm definitely going to watch Director's previous work N no Tame ni
I don't watch with English subs so I'm not sure if there are any
