Agree. That's y I admire these production. Even in the midst of such strict censor they still try their best to put forward some amazing works. I also remember watching this movie .. better days. A very beautiful movie on the topic of school bullying. Such works are rare bt I look forward for more

Censorship censor out the life from dramas. If there is light there is also dark. So striking them out.. I don't want to see those silly love triangles or some deliberate family drama. I wish there will be a day when we could see the beauty of Chinese dramas in their full glory without passing through the scalpel of the censor

I read the novel first. And I didn't even knew that there was a drama adaptation. Bt I was sooo excited to watch it especially since the cast..I love them both. Bt never thought that the censorship of China is thiss...... Elaborated. I think they have amazing stories bt get burnt due to this strict taboo .. I really hope they can be open someday. I really can't imagine y such a globally acclaimed country still put censor on such issues. Which I think diminished the charm of Chinese dramas a whole lot level.
