In Yul's book of ethics (also according to the rules) soul shifgers are bad who shouldn't exist, they mi8 run wild anytime...he was hoping that wouldn't happen in Mu Deok's case...so he kept it a secret ...but thanks to that..A-hole Jin Mu Mu Deok did end up killing Uk...it's only natural Yul feels responsible..he doesn't want a redo of what happened in S1..he didn't know it was Jin Mu who made Mu Deok run wild...he just doesn't want his friend to get hurt again..

I understand why Yul is doing that...he feels responsible for whatever happened in S1, Yul is ALWAYS on the good side, but for the first time in his life he decided to keep a big secret(about Mu Deok being Naksu) and that ended up turning in to a huge disaster, which almost killed his Best friend...which is why he is trying to correct things, before Uk realises it is Naksu, he must get rid of her...which was what he must have done in the first season. He is a damn good friend..'cause he doesn't want his friend to suffer again...pls don't be mad at him
