I doubt it. Its probably the Xue Zhao grave (which actually doesnt have his body but JL doesnt know that.

Because the Jiang family was not part of the Cheng-Li faction and with the expected happenings in 28 ep, the anti-cheng faction is down one important person. May be the Ji faction was also not part of Cheng group though with Ji Shuran teaming up with the Princess this may not have actually been completely true. The emperor thinks that XH helped JL because of his feeling which made the emperor weaker by also taking down Jiang family
