I think my favourite time period is '30s - '40s, though I've only watched 3 dramas set in this period... but I also love dramas set in Joseon period. I love the '30s-'40s clothes too =)

The drama gets better episode after episode! a thing that I like of this drama is that though its title is "basketball" It's not just a sport drama, but much more... I think sport is only the frame of the picture =)
