The first 4-6 episodes was addicting. Unfortunately once taemu found out hari’s identity it became rather mediocre and after that it’s a steady slope downwards. It became more boring after they became a couple. Not to mention the dragged out conflicts with minwoo and yoora which is unnecessary.
It didn’t need to be this way, they had plenty of source material from the webtoon to fall back on. I feel like the writer tried too hard to deviate from the webtoon and made a complete mess of everything.
Young-seo is actually a terrible and toxic friend. Yea sure, this is a light-hearted drama so everything works out well in the end. But realistically her lies could’ve seriously screw over hari’s life and things could’ve easily gone very wrong at any point.
1. She sent her friend on the blind date for no reason. She could’ve gone and rejected taemu herself. There’s actually no reason to send hari because hari went as “youngseo” anyway. 2. She sold her friend out when taemu asked for the real “fake youngseo”, forcing her in a helpless situation. 3. She lied about hari being in a relationship to their friends, again for no reason. Taemu was there to save the day but if he wasn’t then this would’ve been seriously embarrassing for hari.
Again, everything worked out well because taemu is such a sweetheart. But what if he turned out to be the stereotypical psycho chaebol and decided to ruin hari’s life?
I'm glad this drama is only 12 eps. Honestly, it feels like it could've even been 10 if they had paced things…
My thoughts exactly! I hope this becomes a new trend for romantic comedies, 12 episodes seem to be the sweet spot between keeping viewers engaged and not dragging too long
It was nice but a little boring. I tend to get bored when the couple gets together. To me the chase is more exciting than the actual relationship between couples
It’s a good thing the show is 12 episodes, it’s perfect
This drama is proof that romantic comedies doesn’t always have to be something new. Many recent romantic comedies fall into the trap of being too complicated/convoluted in an attempt to be too unique or original. Clichés can be very tasteful if executed well.
AHS’s new look in episode 9 looks great, he looks better with his hair down. While I feel like KSJ looks better without bangs, I actually liked the shin geum hui look more
What is this scene that taemu says “pay back kiss with a kid” that some people are commenting about? I’m watching on Netflix and there is no such scene. What am I missing?

If only he knew sung-hoon already hit home run while tae-mu is still stuck at first base lmao
Who’s with me?
