Omg the acting is so bad. Usually korean dramas have good acting but this one was so noticeably bad. Make up is too much also. I had high hopes bc i loved the webtoon. I think bc of the make up they dont look like high schoolers. It’s good to see some skin texture and not like smooth faces you know? It feels more realistic and authentic with less make up. They dont have to look like idols when acting. Acting is not about looking pretty it’s about looking realistic and making the viewer believe and relate.

Noo they changed the plot so much. Manga was so good. They should’ve kept the original plot

I understand but especially this webtoon needed longer episodes because the story is long and detailed. I like short shows too if it’s done well but in this case I’m afraid they’ll leave some storylines in order to fit it into 8eps30min. I really dislike that. I have so many favorite scenes from the webtoon that i’d like them to use but even from the posters they’ve released we can see that they changed a lot of things.

Also we have a lot of kbl’s that have eps around 10min and people complain about how it lacked depth and character development because it’s so short.

For example do yoon hurts his foot because of his love interest and can’t play basketball for a while and that’s a whole thing like i wonder if they changed that and make it more like a musical which i dislike. I hope they stay true to the original as much as possible

Edit: like look at the posters they highlight the instruments and even the main photo do yoon has drumsticks and for character photos doyoons love interest has guitar which i never saw in the webtoon. I feel like they changed the story a lot to make it fit into 8eps30minutes

I have a question. In the webtoon I don’t remember the second couple being involved in music like they promote here. The friend was a basketball player but here they make it like he plays the drums. I wonder how much they changed the story. Because other than the main characters the friend and his love intereset was not involved in music aspect. Correct me if im wrong. I hope they won’t turn into like a band or something because that was not the point. I hope music is involved only like in the webtoon and not much.

I’m worried that there won’t be enough time to cover all the parts that i liked about the webtoon. 8eps and 30min is not enough for this story i’m afraid
