Episode 3 was SO funny! I was literally crying from laughing so much! Loved seeing Wei Daxun - he's always so hilarious! Like Yang Zj I would have also had a tough time choosing whose the funniest out of Daxun, Yang Di and Lao Xin (but I agreed with all her picks!). I've only seen him on Keep Running before but it was fun seeing Adam Fan & I can't believe he was mad enough challenged He Laoshi. Such a great episode! Looking forward to finally seeing Jolin Jin with her Jin Fan in episode 4.

I am (or was) reading the novel simultaneously-ish (read up to ch. 18). However, I'm in two minds as to whether to stop reading where S1 ends or to just read the whole damn thing.

Out of curiosity do happen to know which chapter S1 ends at?

Usually I binge the hell out of things but I've been trying to "savour" it or whatever AKA I promised my sister I wouldn't watch ahead without her.

(Note to self: NEVER again make such foolish promises when Tan Jian Ci is concerned).

In a way I think that might have made things worse.

I already feel empty at the prospect of having to wait for some undetermined time until S2 finally airs and alleviates me from my misery.
