I find that goblin and eun tak r/s is not e healthy one... goblin does not do his work anymore as a protector…
Good observations.
The Goblin is not really the protector, he just kinda interferes in human and other worldly matters. If you want to go deeper into the philosophy it could be the Deity's will to have the Goblin do this, but that is for philosophy class. Maybe one of Ji Eun's classes?
She also never skipped classes when she really had school. Coming up to the placement exam she attended all the time. We see that although she was not at all popular, even with that crappy teacher, she still attended school. She always had the goal of attending University and never wavered in that.
It was after the exam, when basically all classes were done and she would already, technically, have graduated did she go off to the job in that dramatic fashion. This is fitting with the nature of the character. Although she did slave for her aunt's family, she still is very independent. Leaving like that was just her way of asserting this independence and to get a little attention from the Goblin.
She, also, was really not normal as a child nor girl from what she has been through. The Goddess of Birth remarks that it is her destiny to be the Goblin's Bride. Again, from philosophy, we could say that it is a self-fulfilling prophecy. By him interfering and saving her mother he actually created a paradox where she would be the one to end his suffering. Again, maybe the Deity or the Goddess of Birth ordained this. That would mean that regardless of his or her age they would still be attracted to each other.
All that being said at Ep.10 we are told that Sunny is the Goblin's sister reincarnated. We are yet to see who this Grim Reaper was in his former life and if Ji Eun was ever in his past. An interesting twist may be that she was to be his love interest in her former life, but events conspired against such a thing happening. The Goblin does reminisce that she is the first person he fell in love with.
N' Jod is such a likable character. The funny guy, but also his caring nature shows. He bought the key chains from the child to share with his friends. Liking his character more and more...
There is not a single character to not like! Even the rich kid with the Mazda (N' Hall) who you'd want to not like!
I've got to say, for a thai drama, I find the acting quite impressive. It's not as cheesy as I expected…
I wanted to see more of the other characters. I wanna see Aim and May, and maybe Wad and whats-his-name.
It would be nice to see Kongpob as the head hazer interacting with the upstart who wants to make the head hazer his wife like what he did :D
There is much material foe a Season 2 or even spin-offs!
The U-Prince series is quite likable besides this one.
SOTUS could have well been done in this format, with different story arcs in sub-episodes but the main leads being the overarching story!
How do I apply to IUCA though? Nice campus, nice faculty. :)
How the hell does this drama still have a 7/10??????
Seriously this has to be the worst in the line of Thai Dramas.
Good thing I didn't look at it in order or this would have definitely turned me off the U-Prince series!
The supporting cast is good. The story line is good.
The romanticising the relationship violence is not good.
Come on! He gets drunk and forces himself on her? That's a marker for a violent relationship if ever there was one!
If she was such a strong female would she have forgiven that type of incident so easily?
GMM, the quality is good, the cast is good, but the story line...
The scenes where N' Kong reminisces about how N' Arthit sat with him at the bench and offered him advise shows what is destiny.
It was just such a nice rounding off of his reasoning to joining Engineering as a major :)
It was like wow!
I kept wondering how Ming could come back to the school if he would have been convicted of attempted murder, only for it to be revealed it was not him!
But, really, why Joemy? Just because he basically solved it? What did he do to Jessica?
If anything Pound should have been killed?
Anyway a hell of a way to end a series!

It's more a crime/ suspense drama with some relationships developing.

Feels so realistic. Basically what proper university students go through :)
