If I'm honest I didn't like how they wrapped up this episode
Ok, I get it I like the characters very very much but, the fact that Porche forgave Kinn that quickly is like ridiculous bitch you said you trust nobody and send me to jail, fuck you, and then Porsche running away with Vegas? when he himself said he was going to be a traitor if he ran away and HE RAN AWAY. Ugh, I mean, that was lazy. Prochay Kim was ok I guess, Vegas Pete meh, ok, although it would be very Stockholm syndrome when Pete falls for Vegas but let's not worry about the future.
Don't watch Mr. Unlucky or Cherry Magic then. The shouting, exasperated or not it's part of the comedy culture…
But no, do watch those series and Kieta Hatsukoi which I don't remember the English name for. Cherry Magic was my favorite Janpanese BL of 2020 if I recall correctly. Ugh, I still remember the music, I loved it!
So, they break up at the baseball field after a mysterious conversation Fu Li Gong has with his boyfriend's father…
Episode 10 was such a mess... I think this series had something really good right until the main couple start reciprocating their feelings, but everything after that is just a gigantic mess. How are they going to fix? this I don't know; I hope they do but I don't know bruh!
So, they break up at the baseball field after a mysterious conversation Fu Li Gong has with his boyfriend's father and then, days later after Cheng Ze Shou's mother dies, they see each other and then they see each other AGAIN and have a conversation AGAIN in the baseball field and then Nikita wants a in Fu Li Gong pants, really?
The story itself isn't very well written, I like the chef-singer concept but boy this story is mes-sy!
I don't feel attracted to Tommy, at all, where I feel very attracted to Han Ba Da, this disbalance is a personal inconvenience for me. I remember I wasn't attracted to Han Gi Chan in his roles as Han Tae Joo when I was head over hills for Jang Eui Soo as Kang Gook in When Your Eyes Linger but I progressively grew fond of him until I like him. Not the case for this Tommy character, I briefly like him right in the very final scene of this series.
The cinematography, scenography and music are quite enjoyable.
It's 6.5 for me. Thanks for making BL tho, points for the effort!
This show started so good it hurts, like, the story feels so well written, wtf I don't want to be in pain but I want more of them, I want to know what happened and what comes next. I can't wait!
I said to myself I would wait for this series to finish so I can watch it in one go, but the reality is that I'm here, at 2:29 AM on a Wednesday immerged in a sea of distress because I couldn't wait any longer and consumed the first two episodes like it was cotton candy without knowing the bittersweet messed up feeling taste it would leave! * gay whines *
