Haha. No worries. I wished summers were longer. I am almost missing out on summer this year due to school :( Hoping to get some vitamin D before fall hits.

Lol. I definitely will have some tissues close by. When I heard the title 'First Time', it seemed like a movie about your first love. I hope I correct on this one :)

What is Otakon? Never heard of it. I've been to anime con. almost 2 years back and dressed up as Nami from One Piece. Great times. I miss it. Hoping to go next year.

Time is hard to come by. I'm lucky to have some time devoted to dramas/films but I don't know for how long since my courses are becoming heavier each semester.
I saw on one of the post that you have a MBA. Was it moderately difficult to accepted in? Was there any requirements in order to be qualified? The reason that I am asking is that I will be getting my MBA in a few years once I've completed my bachelors and work period. I am curious about the process of applying and getting accepted and the length. So on so forth. If you can reply to some of these questions, that would be awesome, chingu ^^

LOL. Hahaha. What a scenario. You end up drunk and having your bf explain to his co-workers about your behavior. Can be comedic situation or tight one! Hangover are the worst esp. when all of those memories hits you from the night before. You're like, "What have I done? or Where am I? or Where did I leave my car?". lol.
What do you classify as a short film? Length-wise? Do you have to wait after the film festival has been completed in order to release your film to the public? That's an accomplishment. A feature film.
I wouldn't consider myself as intelligent, however I am hardworking, organized, and can manage my time easily without having loads of stress. The courses aren't easy but aren't extremely difficult. They can be tackled with daily prep. before classes. I'm not gifted so studying is all that I've got.

Thanks for the recommendation. I just placed on my PTW list for now. It's quite difficult to learn how to speak several languages. I already have hardships with my native language (not english) since my family mostly speaks in English now. When did you start your obsession with dramas? And, what sparked you to do so?

Lol. I'm starting to watch Secret tonight! Can't wait to commence it. Tell me how you enjoy Love 911. This film was my type of taste, however it may not be yours. I might sneak in a Mars episode tonight depends on how much energy I have. I just finished work over an hour ago. I'm quite exhausted. Slowly I'm watching my challenge this month and next month is TragedyJuly. Take a look at my list of movies in July. It's gonna be a tearjerker. :P

No worries. Like you, I have exams for the next two weeks. So, movies is all that I am watching for now. Love 911 is an alternative romantic film where drama cliches aren't present and it's the female trying to impress the male rather than other way around. I fell in love with the male lead, Go Soo. He portrayed his character quite well. The female character wasn't annoying and intelligently presented as she is a doctor for a hospital. Definitely give it a watch!
Chilling Romance. I was skeptical to see ghosts within the film. The ghosts didn't bother me at all. It was comedic with a twist of horror, melodrama, and romance (all in one). I must admit that the horror did leave uneasy. Or maybe is it just me? lol.
My mom finished When a Man's in Love and loved the few episodes. She loved the drama for the way it is despite all the complications within it.

Yes, definitely. How did you like the show, Life? I am meaning to watch this show and it seems interesting. How did you enjoy Finding Mr. Destiny? It's one of the movies on my challenge list to watch this month. I'm starting to watch Secret. Excited to see how I will enjoy it :)

I love watching Asian dramas/films! It's my favourite pasttime. That's amazing that you were able to study in Japan. I've been there once only back in 2010. Only stayed in Tokyo for a few days before boarding the plane to Taiwan. I might give Yakou Kanransha a try later. It seems like it's my type of show to watch. Do you attend any conventions in the past? I've been to the anime con. over a year back. I would love to go back again.

It's amazing! When you get some time, please do watch it. I also watched Under the Hawthorn Tree last night. Second Best Chinese Film I've ever seen. Ip Man is number one. The plot is during the Cultural Revolution in 1970's Communist China and how these two young students fall in romance despite their huge difference in social backgrounds and the difficulties they face due to this fact. If you have some time, watch this too.

I'm glad we're on the same page for the 3-Iron movie. Completely agree to what you wrote to me. I loved Spring, Summer, Fall... That is probably why I loved this one. Especially I am an artsy type of person and love when there is hidden meanings in the movie/drama. Time was fantastic as well. Not as good as Spring, Summer, Fall and 3-Iron. However, it was a 9 in my books.
Hmmmm.Dreams. I have it on my PTW list. I'll probably get around to watching it probably within 6 months. lol.
I just placed Wanee and Junah on my PTW list.
Recently, I found that Kim Ki Duk's films suits my taste wholesomely and looking forward to his future works.
I'm watching Secret next. Maybe tonight or within a couple of days.
Try Under the Hawthorn Tree. One of the best Chinese movies you'll ever seen. An innocent, deep meaning, and portrays the romance during the Cultural Revolution in China in 1970's.

I haven't watched a sports drama at all. I love instrumental music/pop idol dramas-Nodame Cantabile, Heartstrings, You're Beautiful. My monthly movie challenge for sports movies will be in August. That will be a tuffie to watch. But, hey, it's a challenge. It's also depends on the type of sport and whether I understand the rules of the game or not.

Lol. The Asian Spread. My mom loves watching dramas since it's different than watching normal American shows. My bro and my dad, they don't bother. They have their own interests. Wow, your drama-watch list is quite short in length. The Crucible and Ip Man are both amazing movies-10 in my books.

Nice to meet you too :) Cool. We like similar dramas/films-Japanese. Liar Game, Nana, Kimi wa Petto, Death Note. I'm big on Japanese. I like Korean and Taiwanese-K-Second, T-Third. Japanese tends to be more dark, richer in plot, more twists, well-ensemble casts, and shorter in length. This is what I love about Japanese dramas/films.
Yeah, I've been trying to teach myself Japanese and Korean since my friends take Japanese classes. And, I haven't. Japanese-words are easy, grammar difficult. Korean-words more difficult to pronounce.

You should! I only watched it once because I feel there is so much out there to watch. For me, there's no point to watch twice. It's different for others. That's so cool you're from Brantford. Do you attend anime conventions?
Sure, I'll recommend you some. I'll be watching a bunch of tragic movies in July. So, I will think of you then. For now, my favourites so far are Innocent Man, That Winter the wind blows, Queen of Ambition (sorta liked it, it's a hit or miss), King2Heart. I watched Rock Paper Scissors of Love (One Perfect Day for MDL) about a guy who gets rejected on every date due to his awkward personality and plays a rock paper scissor game. Finally meets the right one. Plus it's only 35 minutes long.
I have a test tuesday & friday. I'm such an unlucky one.
I'll attempt Shark until the show is finished airing. Same for I Hear Your Voice.
Good luck for your future exam. don't watch too much dramas/films online. lol.

I know students here in Ontario are moving out of the province like mad. My friend just moved to Alberta and received an offer for a job there. Another friend is heading there too. It's booming. All students are deserting Ontario after grad., sadly. Our HST is alright. However, our min. wage is at an all-time high compared to a few years ago. I can see how those taxes are not needed in Quebec. Sucks...man, hard to beat taxes. but not planning to move to states even though our tax rates are high. rather stay here.
