I prefer movies now over dramas. Solely because, movies are shorter, story develops quicker, preferable when you're studying in school and don't want to be addicted to a drama and avoid studying, and last thing, I can easily finish a film and choose a different genre or story to watch.

I love Vaness Wu after watching Meteor Garden and Autumn's Concerto. Within the drama, Autumn's Concerto, his hair appealed to me more than Meteor Garden. I don't like Asian guys with long hair. It's something that I've discovered over this past year.

Jang Geun Suk was amazing in Love Rain and You're Beautiful. He has unique features that makes him 10x more attractive than other actors. There is always something lingering about an actor that you never can get over with. The list of favourites tends to be this way. lol :)

I was interested in Smile, You until I found out that Jung Kyung Ho was a part of this drama. I really dislike his character especially in Sweet 18. I dropped the drama mainly because of this actor but I probably will try it again in the future and complete it. I am not much of a drama/film dropper. Yes, I heard good things about this drama as well.

Oh wow. Then you have visited the city I live in-London, Ontario, Canada. This is really cool! I might be going to a Pope convention in Brazil in the next couple of years. Recently, I've been to Cuba this past year. In the past, I visited Western and Eastern Europe, Japan, Taiwan, and of course, many parts of USA. I stayed with a family in Vinales, Cuba this past February. It was an eye-opening experience especially that I haven't been to a communist country before.

I did find the link for Ran, however now, I have to find in my History on IE. Otherwise, I will post the link for you. Looking forward to finishing 13 Assassins.

Thanks :) I try to watch like you said "outside my comfort zone" and be more of a variety, open-minded watcher. I have become comfortable with finding jems lately. Petty Romance was a decent film. I like how it involves the theme of mid-life crisis and the phone sex scene made my day! I like watching mature films more now than before. At least the kisses are more passionate and the characters are on my level of life and can totally relate.

I should try your rigid formula. Perhaps in the future. For now, I'm concentrating on doing monthly movie challenges. I find it encouraging to discover new movies that aren't in my zone of watching ex. supernatural, historical, bizarre (Love Exposure)

It would be awesome if they have an option on MDL to let the user hover their mouse of the post of the user's comment on the profile page and see past posts instead of switching between windows on your computer. That movie was intensive, however it was a great historical movie. Regardless of not being a historical fan. I just started a new drama called Mars (Taiwanese). This lured me out of the drama slump. Bravo :)

Thanks. I'll take a look at those. Fortunately, I started watching the Taiwanese drama, Mars and this pulled me out of the drama slump. Luckily, I still have a desire to watch dramas. :)

I like edgy, confident, small groups, powerful lyrics, quite fashionable, and well thoughtout MVs and music. My favourite groups are 2NE1, BigBang, Lee Hi, and Japanese, Scandal and TommyHeavenly6. Be aware I enjoy more darker music than cutesy, sexy girl groups like Girls Generation, 4minutes, MissA, and WonderGirls.

Btw. You're much better than me on the piano. The only instrument that I am good at is the flute. But hey, it's a basic band instrument in North America to learn in your high school. You seem really passionate with the piano. Wow.....it sounds amazing. I heard Doctor Jones and it reminded me of those '90's days. Thanks!

Yes, I love anime and manga. I even go to the anime convention in Toronto every other year. Last time, I dressed up as Nami from One Piece and my best friend was Tony Tony Chopper. Do you go to anime con.? It would be cool if we can meet up one day. I live in London, Ontario (2 hrs. from Toronto). Lol. Are you a fan of K-Pop music?

Oh wow! Do you travel there yourself, with family, or with a travel group? That's some great advice. I plan to visit Mt. St. Helen in Washington, USA. Where else in the world have you been?

Thanks! I haven't accomplished any one of them yet. However, in the near future, I'll snatch my savings and take my bucket list along to check off. Your graphs on the forum is quite an interesting aspect that you're portraying. On a side note, thanks for accepting it!

Ahhh. Wuxia Chinese movie, isn't it similar to Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon, Ip Man, sorta movies? Today, I am most definitely starting 13 Assassins for over a period of two days. **Been procrastinating on this movie** Then I'll finish my monthly movie challenge for the May with Ran (1985 Historical movie). I should release a list of movies for June on June 1st. Look at out for it :)

The reason being for Nine: 1. Started my monthly movie challenge (Not much time left) 2. Just hit a drama slump for the past few weeks. 3. I was waiting for Nine to finish subbing all of their episodes before coming to it. The third reason does not apply as much since Nine has already been completed. I watched Spring, summer, autumn, winter....and spring. So, yes, I've already seen a movie by this director other than 'Time'. Nine had some outrageous reviews on MDL. Since placing it on hold, I am still meaning to come to it. I probably will over the summer.

Hahaha. No worries :) For the A+, it was more a joke than a serious statement. I should stay low with my sarcasm. It's hard to express it online than in person. I have 2 more movies left for my monthly movie challenge. I am done for the month of May :)

I've added both Oasis and Sweet Room to my PTW list. Thanks for the suggestion! Look out for my next list of movies that I'll be crossing out for next month. It's gonna be a fascinating list to watch through :)

Not a problem :) Time is always a major opportunity cost when it comes to drama watching. LOL I saw the word 'chingus' and became confused with the word itself. When I looked it up in the Urban Dictionary, one of the meanings were crystal meth, speed. It made me laugh. Overall,I know what you meant.

Your method for choosing dramas is an interesting alternative way. It's quite useful and almost guarantees you that you will obtain a drama that is in other's best interest.

I only had one drama slump so far and currently still in one. I believe that I will begin to watch dramas soon. My holidays are coming up in almost exactly one month from now. More time for drama watching.

Under my profile page, I believe that there is only 13 Assassins and Ran (1985 Japanese film) left to watch for this month. I am currently creating a list for next month's movie challenge-Summer Romance.
