The got our hopes up in the beginning and according to what we see, they seem to have feelings for each other. Do you think the week the took off for improvements was to get rid of the romance? I've just read it isn't going to air until November 30th! NO NO NO NO NO!!! Why so long????
I believe it was supposed to air on November 30, 2020, but that was postponed. It could be a mistake. I've done some research on some Chinese websites and I haven't found an official broadcast date as it hasn't been officially announced yet. Someone had mentioned that the filming wasn't completed and it has now been resumed, but I'm unsure if that's accurate information. I'm just hoping it airs soon :/

Major spoiler! The rest of the episodes are fine, but I believe XKL gets stabbed truing to save MK in episode 40. We don't know what happens after. Hopefully it's a happy ending though.
