Both ML and FL eventually dies, the ML got six more months to live after finding out that he was poisoned and there was no antidote. As for the FL, after finding out that she was also poisoned, her body was weak and could not live as long as the ML (bc he was raised by wolves). Therefore, she risked her remaining days trying to kill second prince(the bad guy) who has the fourth prince in hostage. She ends up saving the fourth prince but dies from the blade of second prince.
