Well in the Webtoon Jae Eon was manipulating and calculating yet, he ended up dating his ex and Na Bi played mind games on her which led them to break up. He was sad so when he found out he was frustrated and decided to get revenge on Na Bi but it failed and it made her insecure. She later found self love and started seeing her child hood friend. In the end there was also part where Jae Eon was telling a girl that butterflies always go the same routes.

Honestly this is supposed to portray naive women that falls for men like Jae Eon that’s what makes this whole thing more realistic. That’s why In the webtoon the ML doesn’t win the girl instead of the typical scenario where the girl changes the playboy and makes him a “good guy” It’s a change and it portrays real life situations but, if this show isn’t up your alley then it’s totally understandable! Watch what you want to watch! :)
