I loved The Last Immortal. Honestly I didn't have much expectations after watching initial episodes,i continued it for Zhao Lusi. I'm happy I did it because I fell in love with it afterwards. Personal preference - i liked the ending . It's a fulfilling ending & honestly I didn't want to see Zhao Lusi with kids . 🙂 She is still a kid in my eyes. Wang Anyu,did perform well ,may have been tough for him since he had many tough scenes . I really hope Lusi and Wang Anyu to pair up again since thier understanding is excellent as artists. 👍👍👍

It's my observation that , Zhao Lusi is very intelligent actress. TLI is adrama just right for her age and it's her first Xianxia. She might do twh typical angst driven Xianxia at a later point in her career but thei role of water beast is not something she can do when she is older. So it's very intelligent for Zhao Lusi to choose this script. That's makes an interesting career trajectory for her. Everyone will remember her role Ayin in The last Immortal. It's like Sangzhi will always be loved forever.

You can enjoy a Xianxia drama only if you don't have any expectation. This is a new story , this is the development they have chosen for this drama. Legend of Anle disappointed mainly in acting , co ordination between leads etc. Only for Love was too much cliche whereas Love is Sweet if you watch now too ,it's very enjoyable.
