What you mentioned are the troupes in a Female lead drama.... A lot of famous drama has same troupe like Story of Minglan, A Dream Splendor etc... What is different here is how they have presented it... FP has good storyline which keeps people engaged to the story, a sizzling chemistry between the leads, beautiful cinematography with accurate portrayal of history, realistic lighting and very good direction. This makes this drama a unique one on its own.

That's not the biggest thing... Nobody even commented that how beautifully the lighting of the drama is done... In episode 12, We can literally see the colour of rays of the sun setting in our leads... Making it look like it's a real sunset... I have only pointed one scene there are many scenes where the lighting department has done such great work that it looked very realistic.

Yes at first even I thought JCY should step in to help Mu Dan but later I realised that it was a right decision to not step in as this made Mu Dan grow up on her own, learned and solved her own problems as he will not always be there to save her from difficult situations.
