We all know by the trailers and BTS that Ying Yuan gets injured in the and Yan Dan takes care of him, even giving half of her spiritual energy and life to him... But tells the whole heavenly realm that it was Zhi Xi (Yan Dan's twin sister) who saved him and he will marry her... Everyone belived him since he was an emperor, plus everyone liked Zhi Xi more than Yan Dan, because she is more beautiful and virtuous than Yan Dan... So some of Zhi Xi's admirers went to confront Yan Dan and said a lot of bad things about her... Yan Dan tried to explain that it is not true... But they framed her by making it seem and pretending that Yan Dan has tried to kill them... Yan Dan tried a lot to defend herself, but nobody believed her... She was sentenced to jump off from the Bridge of Void, since she was not admitting her crimes... On her final day, before jumping off the bridge and get reborn as mortal... Ying Yuan came and urged her to accept the crimes so that she would not have to jump off from the bridge... But she was already very deeply hurt by Ying Yuan, that she chose to jump off from the bridge rather than accepting those false crimes...

I think Tencent is trying to create hype for this drama through Yang Zi's name... Since she was offered this drama first... Or being a Tencent spokesperson she still doesn't have any new drama under Tencent apart from TOOL and TGH, which doesn't look like it will air soon... So maybe Tencent wants to put pressure on her to take this drama, since the FL can be only played by her among all the 90s generation actresses....

I don't if I'm correct or not... But at 0:30 of the MV... I think I saw the actor who played Moon immortal uncle from AOL... Can any AOL fan confirm that if I'm right or wrong?

I have only read the first part of the novel... So I don't know if Ying Yuan and Yan Dan really end up together or not... But yes, he regretted very badly for choosing Zhi Xi over Yan Dan...
