Sasaeng fan is an obsessive fan who are stalking celebrities. They do a lot of odd and illegal things to get close to their idol. They even intrude into their idols private homes just to get close to them. You should google it and see how many incidents were in Korea because of these crazy people!

I don't know why is promoted this kind of character like Hye Ji!
I've seen these loser women in a lot of dramas! Of course they don't get the guy in the end but it is shown like it's ok to just stick to the guy you like and become a stalker and lose your self-respect! It is not legit to harass somebody!
I just find out about the sasaengs and I guess this is ok in Korea. I watch asian dramas for over 8 years already and I've seen a lot of sasaengs behaviour, but never thought this thing is that serious in real life! Maybe that's why it is normal to be a stalker in their dramas...

They even picked a bad actress just to start hating her more! lol
This crazy thing with fan-girls is going beyond my comprehending!! Running, yelling, harassing men that they consider famous or handsome or whatever... WTF!! Is really happening this way in Korea? I mean, I've seen this in dozens of k-drama already!
TV shows started to surpass movies all over the world! It doesn't matter if it's Asian or American! Just leave the movies and act in a new drama! Any plans for a drama in the near future? :D
And we wonder why dramas are rated so wrong!It's the best drama you ever watched ..that means a 10 but you want to rate it 9 and instead you picked 1....lol
These kind of drama want to show that a good heart surpass the intelligence..well, that's not quite the case in the real world! But this is a drama right?! lol Actualy it was a decent one!
It started slow but then became very interesting!
I have one thing to complain... please writers, enough with the poor girl with dead parents, dealing with parent's debts, working, raising siblings and running away from the bad pawnbrokers!! That's more than a cliche already :(
In this drama Jang Hyuk looks more handsome than ever! The other roles he has were kind of the same lately.. a lot of laughing and grimaces but this particular one character showed another side of his talent and his handsomeness!

Thanks for your response!| Indeed Jin Sung was quite naive at first but as you said she improved later. Her naivety was in contrast with Young Oh who has a very complex personality. They met in the middle! She became stronger and he more human! There were a lot of dramas with annoying female from start to the end and still had better reviews! I guess a complex personality as a lead is hard to digest! I'm also happy that this drama is an international success!
This drama is really great!! I'd like to know how a Korean person is thinking about this show! Is here a Korean person who can explain why is this drama so low rated in Korea? I am so so curious about this!

I dropped it after ep 3. Maybe some people will find Ma Se Young very natural in behaviour. I don't like spoiled and self centered women either, but this Ma Se Young was quite gross. Seeing the way she was eating and embarrassing faces she was making while eating, made me irritated. Those so called romantic moments while Kang Jin Gu looked so in love whith stuffed piggy faced beauty, were unreal for me. Sorry!That's it... no more Plus nine boys. This could have been such a nice drama.. but no!
