I also don't read the novel, just watch the drama..since i don't have many times to read novel. I only read the interesting one like Mo dao Zu Shi, Word of Honor etc..
All the drama and movie about Novoland, they are not connecting to each others. It's like 1001 night stories.
Novoland Castle in the sky is more about fantasy xuanhuan , human with wings etc, magic etc... and it's more like fantasy
Novoland Eagle Flag is more like older story like Game of thrones
Tribes and Empire is like very very old time ..maybe around "Moses" time

whatever..all of them ending not in 100% happy ending it's mostly bittersweet, open or even they make 2 endings..which you can choose ...
When I started watching it, i already know the ending will be like this..just like others...

it's ok..at least they are still alive and better than him died or become eunuch :D It means there is still a hope

People who familiar with NOVOLAND series will always know how this drama will end. It won't be like Jun Jiu Ling with 100% Happy Ending with none dies....

Bu actually i always wish too, since Jianming took mermaid's blood...I wish he has this mermaid blood and they can have children that's not only have baixi blood..but also healer.
Actually become a baixi is not a must. You will or will not..even the emperor Xu actually not agree with that in the beginning and happy to terminate it.

I don't think so their child should become the prince baixi. I see Jianming becomes baixi through the ritual by mixing their blood and he drunk the blood mix. Their child doesn't need to be baixi.

yeah..if you see the scene before the credit, the little prince even give a hint about his Grand Mentor and he is getting better . So Jianming is becoming little prince mentor. the bird drop the feather also there..and the little prince blow it up...then we see a man standing , the camera shot from his back..then the flashback starts...after the flashback, that man catches the feather that's the little prince blew up...s he is 100% alive and getting better...I hope he should stop becoming his baixi when he grows up..The little prince should find a best friend who will become his baixi later.

I thought it's really sad ending. Although i was hopping Haishi and Fang Jianming have their own children ( maybe later in future) , at least i see Jianming doesn't die. So he live just like before..faking his dead and wearing his mask ...quietly protect haishi just what he did when he protect the Emperor Xu. Remember when everyone though Jianming died from poisoning but he secretly protect the king.
The last scene I thought it's just a rewind from previous scene..but then i realize it's different after the credits...and he catch the feather which drop by the bird that flies in the end of the episode just before the credit..so it mean it's not a flashback.

To people who just started watching this..if you wonder why everytime the emperor who got shot or hurt himself but it's fang JianMing who got the wound, the wound will transfer to him...it's because like that. This is why he has to protect the king like he protects his life.

4 more episodes..will be ended in Sunday..I started watching this now.. ( 2021/12/03)

I see that..the CGI etc are so low budget..but i still can watch it so far... Since the story still in my like so i will bear with it...better than nothing to watch..

yeah..that's her signature cos ppl like it..so they like to do it in other her drama. But unfortunately, the kissing scene is not good...it's just like 2 dead fish kissing...

disappointing rite...seriously! That's a "serious" drama with 3 famous actors..and still they can't do a good kiss scene..

They should make it longer drama then it would be good. I know it would be cheesy fluffy drama...but I like. The FL is not the person who feel inferior but dare to fight back. But if the make a drama, they can make it more story and drama in this.
But please, he is very rich, he should have a very tech wheelchair lol...not the manual one.
