Got no problem with Mr, Gu. I think he is kinda handsome...not beautiful like idol actors..but he is more manly . I think the FL is the one that's not attractive at all. she is so annoying childish. too premature to play a 22 years old when originally she is only 17-18 during the filming and not so cute ..just ok..

I've been waiting for this drama to be completed so I can binge watching it cos I love the type "Cinderella" drama ( rich man/poor woman or rich man /rich woman) ..so I started today as I count it will be completed on Thursday. I am a bit disappointed by the FL. I know it's her debut..but she acts a bit over..or maybe it' the screenwriter and director want to act like that.I wish the FL would be smart and not annoying.. but sorry she is st*id selfish annoying..I know she needs money..but seriously...and the way she is talking like a girl who just bet her puberty, I don't like the dub. I wish she is a bit grow up ..I know she was only 18 when she is filming this...and she has to act like a 22 years old.. now this what I am talking about.. One , they cast a very much older actress to play a younger character..but once they also cast a younger actress to play an older character than her age..so annoying, talkative and loud.. I'd rather listening to Gong Jun singing "wuhu" or "Tian Wen" 10x better to hear her voice...
What should I watch now...No Boundary still hasn't finished yet..Long Ballads I am not a fans of one actress there, and not completed too, Rattan has a "meh" ending, the others drama haven't finished..maybe i will just rewatching The Untamed or Word of Honor...
hahaha..just realize that Darren Chen is like playing Sui Zhou role here ( ref: the Sleuth of theMing dynasty) and Yang Ze /Shang Guan is playing as his role (a scholar who help the investigator). One thing is still same, his character is a foodie too here...

Well my point is, why they chose always much older actress but sometimes a very very young actress just like in one drama where the actress are only 15 during filming but has to act like a 20-24 years old girl.. Can't understand that why can't they try to find an actress that almost on the age the character they have to play. The worst is when a 40+ years actress has to play a 16 years old girl.. Can't understand why don't let giving the role to a new comer young actress to play tha young character of her..it's like she doesn't let other to do it cos she thinks she is the only one who can..
I have no problem with the age gap. But she was only 15 during filming, she is more suitable to play in High School romance and she talks alot and loud. If the FL is already reach age 18 or 20 , it's fine... but seriously,..she is only 20 now so during filming she is only 15. And in the beginning she even had a crush to Mr. Han who were 43 years old during the filming..That's like a pedo.
