Great drama. No major dramatic love triangles which is very pleasing. The main leads are very attractive. They remind me of the Chinese counter parts of Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin... maybe that's just me but I see it.
Okay I just finished this in 3 days *shockingly* Not going to lie I skipped most of the business stuff, so called affair, and the both second male and female leads storyline. I did like the chemistry between the two main leads. Had to take off my EXO glasses and appreciate Tao's acting. I cried when he cried. Baby Panda grew up!!! ✪ ω ✪ Anyway The 2FL was not psychotic the way other viewers make her out to be. Then again I skipped some of her story. But the way others reviewed her I thought the 2FL did something drastic like drugged the 2ML She didn't by the way. There was a scene that I THOUGHT she did but false alarm.
Moving on, the concept of the way 2FL broke girl code which is a BIG no no, but I understood where she was coming from. She told FL her intentions and ZhenZhen approved. On top of that, I think in episode 27 FL was asking herself questions through an ad of Bo Xu and the question about if she really did like the 2ML If you're thinking it I mean hey it's a sign.
The whole kidnapping for ransom ಠಿ_ಠ *biggest eye roll* How did Carlos know who Bo Xu was and about his family? One look at the watch and BAM oh "he's from China he must be rich." Really? Then there was the phone conversation in the beginning. The language barrier I can understand but the kidnapper spoke in Spanish in the beginning to Bo Xu about how he has his girlfriend and don't call the police. Seriously? But I digress.
I found it hilarious with the language changing from English to Mandarin. Tao and Janice did good. And Justin... my God WHY!!! I cringed at his acting, it was good but cringey. "I don't like it.... I LOVE IT!" Okay dude relax. And OMG is Janice Wu heavy footed? Why was she stomping upstairs, downstairs, down a hall and everywhere... in sneakers no less. My goodness. And Manager Ma Lin too but with heels.
Bo Xu neighbor's kid was adorable. Finally the kiss scenes were okay. Didn't really see any fish pecks. The cameraman had those angles right. And the last kiss scene... things were implied but it's up to the audience ¯\_( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)_/¯
Overall I really did like this CDrama and will watch the main leads parts again on YouTube o(*°▽°*)o
This show is cute in a cringey way. I am not disappointed in anyway (not sarcasm). Others say the leads have no chemistry, but I see it as realistic. No one builds chemistry that quickly especially when the leads hate each other. They never had a real moment to actually build chemistry. The misunderstandings are every where and exhausting makes me want to jump through my laptop to shake some sense into some people. I really wanted the FML to slap those high school fans too (╯‵□′)╯︵┻━┻ Anyway I'm looking forward to episode 5.
I'm on the fence about this drama. I know the brother in law is the second male lead but damn can we get a historical drama without the SML being an obsessive person towards the FML. I just can't deal with that obsession from Moon Lovers, Mr. Queen and I just finished River Where the Moon Rises. Same results ┻━┻ ︵ヽ(`Д´)ノ︵ ┻━┻. But the son is SOOO adorable.
Lee Seungi Gi being a psychopath is kinda sexy. He's playing the hell outa this role. I'm sorry but Bong Yi character is annoying to me. I understand you're grandmother died but a baby? You're really taking your hatred out on a baby. If anything I would pity it. Just cruel. Not just Bong Yi but all those people. Just sad.
NOW THAT WAS AN ENDING!!!! Tears to joy. And Na In Woo is an exceptional actor. That tear was on point and so was that kiss. HIGHLY RECOMMEND PEOPLE!!!!
Never watched this drama, but the synopsis said that the ML falls in love at the end. But the controversy surrounding…
No. That's why I dropped it. This is before the whole scandal(?) came out. I dropped it because it lacked romance. I honestly didn't know where they where they were going with it and then his character *spoiler* died because in reality his disorders were surfacing. Even though I didn't watch it I read future episodes synopsis to see what happens.
I have a question....please help me out someon. Why at the end of episode 4 prosecutor Ha Na stared at Do Gi after…
Its a play for the audience to think she's suspicious of Do Gi, but I think she was contemplating whether its okay to leave him to go back to the prosecution office.
I wonder if Lee Je Hoon is having fun acting in this drama. The wink towards the school bully. the play on words and among other things that were funny. Especially the action scenes. I need the BTS on this drama o((>ω< ))o
This show gets me mad. I understand they need money for certain things but these Chiefs of each department are so arrogant and disgusting. They rather prioritize VIP patients with elective surgeries over actual trauma patients on the verge of death? Even with VIP patients they rather someone else take the blame for their mistakes then taking accountability themselves? This show is beyond sad and I don't know if I can get through it. Sadly I'm only on episode 5. I don't know how much more I can take.
Really was a great drama. Definitely enjoyed the suspense and mystery. I recommend if anyone reads this give this drama a try you will not be disappointed. I mean I seriously cried towards the end of episode 16. Seeing a man cry makes me cry.
Also who played young Kang Jin Mook in episode 16? Was that Lee Joon from My Father is Strange and Gap Dong? Just curious because I don't see who plays him in the cast appearances.
