If the mission is deemed crucial for national security, I believe it may be overlooked. otherwise, it would not be allowed.
In YouTube, you have the option to watch the Indonesian subtitled version with automatic translation to English. While watching it, the content is understandable to some extent, although it doesn't quite match the same level of quality as the original version. Nevertheless, having some form of translation is definitely better than having no translation at all.
