My guess why the weibo comments said that was ep 4 was the first time he left her intentionally without any explanation so FL can be prepared (he left her again in tian er and chuan zi wedding but FL ok with that)
The misunderstanding in later ep he was forced to leave by the situation...to much grief and hate for himself to investigated and solve the misunderstanding reasonably
