Is Baby and me really a live action of Aishiteruze Baby? Are you sure? Because I watched the movie and the anime and read the manga and they have nothing to do with one another besides from the fact that the main lead is a boy who dated a lot of girls.

I've read the manga of Aishiteruze Baby before seeing the anime. The manga is AMAZING. The anime was just ok for me. But I would love if there was a drama with the same story. *.*
