I think it has to do with how seniority works in Thailand and most Asian countries. There is a lot of debate on hazing too. But nowadays, it's not as harsh as before and the hazers are held responsible for everything they do. So, a bad move could land them into jail asap. I am Indian, and we have our own version of hazing but it isn't as properly structured and sometimes the line between that and bullying gets very thin. I think the way the public education system is structured in Thailand is amazing. I also love the concept of line juniors.

I read more mangas than I watch anime, tbh. My favourite anime is Haikyuu. Unlike most people, I haven't seen a single one of Hayao Miyazaki's movies. Idk I just don't like watching movies much? Most people saw those while growing up but I got into anime when I was like 14-15 and I pretty much used up all my time watching shounen anime.

They knew each other but got closer during filming. I think Sotus had a workshop for like more than 3 months which helped them a lot. Yeah, and they both were hazers too!! Hahaha that's the dream.

Yeah, he is so so shy but he is always there when Kongpob needs him. He usually shows his affections through actions but there are times when he voices it out, and everything is just perfect. I loveeeeeee it when Kongpob has that grin on his face and Arthit is the cause of it.

Will watch the series first then! I like seeing familar faces hahah and a sucker for a good theme.

I understand that the show has been good but how can that be a guarantee that it will continue that way? I have seen many shows in which the last episode is totally shit, making the whole drama shit.
Even in Lawless Attorney, the death of the uncle has put me off so much because it was so dumb.

The manga definitely showed more about their characters plus you could see how Mamura and Suzume's relationship grew.
I have lots of problem with Sensei in the manga but the live action manga is better than the one in the manga.

I don't know if you watch anime or not but there is this BL movie which is based on my favourite manga and the anime movie turned out to be equally good, surprisingly. Doukyuusei. Please watch it when you get a chance and let me know what you think about it. It's art really!

Yessssss!! Also, I love how they actually talk unlike other BL couples lol. They have a solid foundation and are truly so compatible. They are really close in real life too- Krist was Singto's junior in college. Polar opposites but they respect and get along so wellll!

I want another season of Sotus so bad but I have really low hopes of it actually happening. Seeing all the relationships develop further would be great. I would also like to see how Arthit Kongpob's relationship fares out now that Kongponb will probably go study abroad. Arthit's proposal in the end of Sotus S had me squealing. He did sooooo good. I swear he has these little moments where he collects all his courage and just goes for it!

I haven't seen Waterboyy! Should I watch the movie or the series? I wanted to watch Kiss Me Again for Newwi but that didn't fare well lol.

May I ask why you don't like them?

It's actually a 4 episode series. Yeah, one of the main leads died, I don't know how though. I only saw one episode and the show was intense in a way I like but I dropped it as soon as I heard about the sad ending.

I am in a love-hate relationship with sad stuff. I will probably never watch this movie, as amazing as it sounds. I have had my share of crying after watching Hybrid Child(it's a BL anime).

I'll check that out next month when I have extra money to spend!

I really don't think I'll love another couple more than Kongpob Arthit hahaha. Me too!!! I love it when they kinda seal the deal to give me some closure lol. I loved how Tew and Day's relationship progressed. Would have definitely liked to see more of it. The focus was definitely on Kong Arthit, not leaving much room for more development of the side couples. I guess, I am happy with the way things turned out? Would like to see a special movie or a special episode with Tew Day as the main couple, though.

Did you see Krist Singto's Baby Bright mini series? It's like 17 mins long and a bit sad but it's amazing!!
