actually the child was born for vegas's dad and his girlfriend . after his dad died his girlfriend left the child in the hospital and she ran away ( I m sad for the child) so Pete asked vegas to take responsibility as a brother at first he wasn't willing but Pete melted him !!! hope this helps and if I m wrong pliz correct me .
