I understand that Cheol Woong had a inferiority complex, probably caused by his toxic adoptive mother: (It's all him)
"The following are also signs of an inferiority complex, though they are often mistaken for someone who seems overly confident:
Excessive competitiveness Perfectionism Attention-seeking Very sensitive to criticism Constantly finding fault in others Finding it difficult to admit mistakes Feeling good about yourself when you’re doing better than others"
And that he was losing it...but I don't I get how he recovered so quickly. Knowing that the persons giving him stress where not his real family probably helped, but he went from 100 to 0 real quick.
the ending was confusing I just wanna know if the ml and fl are still together.or not.lol
They are still together. They are just going back to their hometown to watch a movie like in old times while the prosecutor is waiting to arrest Cheol Woong outside.
Is this drama really that bad? I mean the comments.... the trailer was interesting so I wanted to watch it. Is…
I love it! I agree with the others "it's not romcom" and "Prior understanding of the cultural context is a must". It's dramatic, and it can be frustrating to watch for some
pretty privilege really clouds people's judgement because no sane person would root for cheol woong
He's friendzoned till episode 12 and I doubt she will like him in the future. He's more a villain than the second lead in that story. It's like My country:New Age, the story is more about the relationship between the 2 guys. Still it's an interesting character with a complex of inferiority.
Captain Kang is so pitiful. They found her body & found out how she died but she couldn't leave & moved on just…
I didn't get what her friend was saying about her, She found her leg caught in the net? Why her body was in the freezer though? I don't get it. She thought her husband had pushed her in the sea, easy thing to do with the storm, but why there was a leg in the net?
Did anyone get Seo Hae ahn’s backstory? So apparently, his dad abused his mom and choked and killed her in front…
I think the brother tried to kill the dad and also went to jail for that, but I'm not sure. It got confusing. The dad thought SHA was not his child and used that reason to harass the mom. Maybe his brother thinks that if it weren't for him, the dad would have not killed the mom and he wouldn't have gone to jail either. SHA moved him to the driver seat.
Idk why but I love this FL better. She has oozing chemistry with Seo Yul hahah but I still love her with Jang…
The personality of Naksu came from her experiences. she now acts like a baby chick because she doesn't remember her past and have been locked and brainwashed for 3 years. There is still a tiny part of her rebelling. I suppose regaining her memories and power all of sudden would be too painful and confusing, she might even disappear not to hurt Uk again. I'm scared about that ending too, what if it's an open ending (if it's the case I want a 3rd season) or if it doesn't end well T T
I found this show interesting first (haven't seen ep.10 yet) but then got bored. Another EX! Romance drama I watched recently all had an annoying ex that come back years after the break up, and sometimes both characters have an annoying ex. Can we have a story without the ex or the clingy childhood friend? Now that ex really doesn't want them to eat because she comes like a fly on the soup each time they talk about eating something delicious. Once: ok it happens. Twice: couldn't she come after they ate the macarons? Plus she barged in the shop being weird and talking about killing. Thrice: are you kidding me? Is the Ex timed with lunch hour? That's ridiculous, who wrote that? We get it, she's a ****blocker and he doesn't want to see her. His reasons sound a bit weird too, so I really hope something else happened...Ok I can understand he's feeling guilty, but saying he's not allowed to be happy with her but it's alright with another girl, Hm... That sounds a bit unfair for the first one, so I really hope she cheated on him or something. Also why asking the kid to go some obscur place? Why the policeman was so relaxed when a kid was dying in front of him? When I start focusing more on details than the show, it's not good. I'm even expecting some kimchi slap from the ex mother-in-law. It seems ep 10 is good so I still have a bit of hope.
I have only just started watching this and I really like it it so far, however one thing that bothers me is that…
It's because it's how the afterlife is depicted according to religion/fiction. Ppl who committed suicide end up in hell. In real life, it used to be illegal and penalized as well. Keep watching, you will see that they are not all fine with that idea, especially Choi Joon Woong. The idea of hell is also that couldn't find peace because of the ones they left behind,.
I am wondering if they have used any other person name in place of those names, should not be that person exist…
The other names on the list were also names shared with actresses and singers. I heard that some Asian ppl see this as a jink or something...Anyway, there is some superstition about it. It's a scene that could have been ignored, It looks like some ppl started drama on purpose.
