No it was explained in the drama, you must have missed it. I understand your frustrations but some of these dramas are cut down to reduce the number of episodes, the drama is subtle, cool and funny too, the world is upside down 😆🤣🥱🤔we need such dramas sometimes

Crown prince was not staying in the capital before, he arrived the capital the same time with the FL so he can move around freely. 2. Physician Xie was Lady Gu (the current Lady Shen Xihe) former finance who suddenly broke off their engagement and cut off from his family, it was after the broken engagement that Prince Xin pleaded with the king to let him marry Lady Gu. It was explained in the first episode go back and get the explanation right. They are other things you are misunderstanding too. Too tired to explain.

To think that I had average expectations of it because of the other novel adaption drama that recently aired and ended in disappointed (to me and a good number of people because we had high expectations of that drama, not going to mention the name here, but you know right?). BOP is my best drama adaption of 2026, it's making me giggle 🤠alot

It's not a crime drama so, I really appreciate the fast pace of solving issues, I love BOP so much it's among my best of 2026 and the best adaptions of 2026, it's giving me everything I need.
I have quite enjoyed the drama so far but I feel like the writers are going to fail my expectations midway ;/
The writers that failed me this year is The first Jasmine, I had 100% expectations for that drama but Lord have mercy, the first episode had me worried because it was nothing like the novel (I loved the beginning of the novel storyline, the inclusion of mental health which was not addressed well, they met when she was young, the lack of ML battle scenes e.t.c) and then the final episode 😒😡🥱🥱 I reserved my comment. People loved the first Jasmine, it was lovable but one kind for me. I love the beginning of this blossom of power, am happy, let's see how it goes.
