GUYS! I can’t evenn! After watching this show I haven t found any other drama that can live up to this yet. Like unexpectedly this show tick almost all the boxes for me. Sure the passion and intimacy weren’t a lot (a factor for some viewers). But I was pulled in for all the other factors. And the FL WOW like seriously she was literally mulan in this show maybe even better if you count all the flying and powers. I finished this in two days and something tells me I might rewatch this again and again MUAHAHAH! Someone help.
Okay, I didn’t completely watch the drama thorough. I have to admit I was craving for the passion, blossoming of romance and love between the leads. So being the impatient person that I am I skimmed through. So I ll just share what I have seen so far.
I think the story is sweet and romantic. I mean a handsome domineering CEO and a doctor falling in love. The female lead helping the CEO and he’s son heal and able to open themselves up again. I mean sweet? Sure.
The plot of the story has a lot of potential and they kinda focused on the story telling but might have paid less attention to a couple of minor details that makes any drama appealing and swooning for us viewers. Like the passion, steaminess etc.
Also the drama was pretty quick. It’s a 24 episodes with about 40 minutes. But even so, it goes by pretty quick in terms of the scenes. It likes cuts to the next scene really quick. But Maybe it’s not something that some might find troubling but for me I kinda need the show to have a flow but it didn’t really have that much.
I guess the good looking leads saved it for me and the adorable son. Which btw deserves praise because he’s a kid and is able to act like respect!
I suppose the sweet love and the formation of the family with the leads and the kids made it all the more sweet it almost wish that the three were a real family. What a good looking family that will be. Too bad, they aren’t. Not as far as I know.
The kiss scenes weren’t a lot but when they are. They aren’t so passionate but more like sweet which is nice for one or two times but it might affect the passion element that some might want.
Instead of hating on me for my brief general review let’s open up an area of discussion instead :) everyone’s passion is different.
I love this girl. I mean I alrdy know I am gonna love her even before watching unforgettable love but I watched sleepless princess and she was awesome and not to mention adorable. And the fact that she came to the city to fulfill her dreams with nothing but a backpack after her studies and she acted in a few dramas which she is the lead btw is just a potential plot drama in itself. She might be my new bias along with Zhang Yu Xi and Bai lu. Can’t wait to see more of her, let’s show her move love guys cos who isn’t in love with her. And she was sweet and caring to the kid in the drama like I thot she was the mom. A very admirable mum. Hahaha .
So I was on weibo today and I saw a very sweet teaser of South wind knows my mood and the comments are so funny…
I m here and there for ZYX but in this both drama but having her partner as an ill person is so depressing to watch. Poor ZYX. We all need a happy ending cos we can’t get it in this drama 🥲

You might like her upcoming love at night :). I think ZXY pair up with any actor is great but because she acted as a sister in law with Cheng Yi for love and redemption. There are mixed opinions being that she acted with him for two dramas as his lover.

I discovered her in Cambrian period and her portrayal of her character in Begin again was good too. I didn’t watch it fully yet but I might. She recently was in happy camp and I love the fact that she isn’t shy in getting a little weird.

So true! What she does is for the love and devotion she has to her emperor aka her lover. So swoon worthy. I mean she’s awesome, who wouldn’t fall in love with her.
She doesn’t do anything much for her sake or others. No evil intent. Just loyalty to the king. So impressive. We all can learn a thing or two about loyalty from her.
OMG I m here for Zhang Yu Xi ! She may look like a fragile delicate flower but in this drama she acts as an independent cunning strong badass sword woman. Who doesn’t love that?!

That’s a new character for her. She usually acts the badass strong domineering characters who knows some form of martial arts. Like the ultimate badass heroine. I m intrigued to see her in a new limelight in this drama.
Even though she dies. Plz don't skip one and only. You will find her totally different from her previous character…

I'd really like her to be paired with Xiao Zhan, YangYang and/or Wang Yibo, but I hope she gets to work with Allen…
Ooooo what an interesting match up! Let’s hope these casting directors will actually listen to us and pair up bai lu with someone deserving. Because the male lead can really kill the drama for me if they can’t click with bai Lu character too much. So your need good actors for this.
