Stuff like her reincarnation and seeing Gu Jin and acting cold towards him, revenge, more about the Netherworld king. From what I've seen in BTS and trailers, it feels like the really sort of flesh of it is in the second half

I'm getting a bit worried that with only 40 episodes, some of the juicier moments are going to end up rushed, cause seeing the previews for eps 21-22, we're still not at the moment we're all waiting for

I've just started and wanted to ask, does anyone know what song is playing in the first episode when he's fighting those guys on the street? Starts about 7-8min into the episode.

My guess is the whole story told in the first episode is the idea that that's what everyone thought, but the story went different. Kind of like in The Untamed where the male lead was thought to be this great evil but in reality, his story became twisted because people only saw glimpses

Yeah in a way, but in that movie, Miranda backstabs someone else to keep her position, gives near impossible tasks like getting the non-published HP books, and she does call Andy fat. Like she does have some antagonistic actions towards people, not just a hardworking ethic, whereas I feel DDH has a basic expectation of her employees without crossing what might be considered a human resources line, and is antagonised because she's dedicated.

I'm enjoying the drama so far, there's def chemistry between the two actors. But I'm a little annoyed with this trope of Asian dramas, where a woman in charge is called a 'demon' or 'devil' for being committed to her work. Do Do Hee to me is a competent boss, and her holding expectations of her employees doesn't seem over the top. Like if she was firing people for looking at her funny or throwing boiling hot coffee on someone who might've accidentally bumped her then I'd be like, okay, she seems to have earned the title.

The shortness of this drama really does ruin it, I feel like nothing is being developed properly and I'm left craving so much more than I'm given, which is a shame because the music, actors, costumes are all on point. Poor decision to make this a mini drama
