Omggg!! We’re like opposites I seriously have no idea what happened between SaiZon because I skipped all their bits!! Also I rewatched it and just watched the good ;) scenes between SaintZee..!!
It’s been about 8 months, and every single day I’ve been regretting finishing it soo quick..I should have watched 2 seconds a day to make it last as long as possible..TT May Because of you 2 come out before I lose all of my brain cells…
This is soo weird like there’s times where Kim Sa Ram is almost portrayed as the evil character, and other times he’s like the best bf ever…. I’m scared this will have a sad ending >~<
Wow, we’re like polar opposites!! Honestly, I’m not quite sure of the reason why I like Asian bl soo much, I think it also depends on the story line for me. Sometimes I come across one with a super low budget and I still enjoy, sometimes I don’t. I think I’m quite harsh with what i watch, I don’t watch everything that catches my eye! When I notice an actor with bad acting, it kinda distracts me from actually watching the drama, I just start analysing how bad there acting is, so I tend to enjoy bl with a bigger budget more, because bad acting is usually less likely I guess..
But I do agree with what you are saying, I don’t mind the “I’m not gay, I just like you”, it kind gives an opportunity for the characters to show how they would deal with suddenly liking a guy after a history of liking / dating girls. Haha! Also I don’t hate cute guys making out ;))! I don’t know, I just genuinely think gay couples are super cute, even in real life, whenever I see a gay couple I start squealing internally!! I feel bad for them though, like what if I accidentally stare too long and they think that am judging them or something….

I only started watching kdrama around the start of this year and it was because I had no other way! when lockdown came I literally finished all the good bl I could find, still I was reluctant. I remember the thought of watching heterosexual couples made me cringe, like how will I endure all the cringe cliches!! I watch it all the time now, but I’ve never found a kdrama that made me stay up all night to watch it - except the first 6 ep of True Beauty then I forced myself to finish it… I think Gen y was in my plan to watch but when I looked at the comments, many people where saying that it wasn’t as good as they expected ! I think I only watched like 5 minutes of it while I was on a zoom call (I’m a savage :)). I can’t remember if I liked it or not though…
I’m like the opposite of you I literally check everything like: the actors, what the actors acted in before, the story, the description, the reviews, some people make a review on each ep they watch - I read those, I watch the trailer (they are usually crap so I don’t judge them too much using the trailer only) and finally I check if they have a happy or sad ending - they are usually happy so I usually only check this if I’m like 80% or more into the drama! I’m scared of the unknown more than any normal person…. :/ I would literally ask my friends for spoilers, and read all the spoilers in the comments. I would go to the shop for snacks look around for an hour and a half the end up buying the same thing I bought for the past few months… I hate change and oblivion!! Also I hate how most bls have a low budget, I remember when I started watching True Beauty (first kdrama) I was super wowed by the budget and the quality, we don’t get that in bl!!! TT
Ohhh yeah that’s true, when he unbuttoned all his shirt buttons on the beach, I remember thinking of how pale he’s stomach and chest where…I hope he didn’t get sun burned or anything!!*praying* I love how they don’t have the “bottom and top” stereotype. Despite both men having different personalities, they both got a chance to give and receive! I respected that a lot since most (Thai) bl drama use these stereotypes. I can’t remember if they used the hubby/ wifey terms but if they didn’t then *clapping*. I guess I find it annoying how it always gets compared to/ or measured against heterosexual couples. Ugh, I’m still waiting for another bl that was as good as WRU? - maybe bed friend is the one?? :-/
Every time I see this guy I think of how evil he is because the characters he plays usually try and steal one of the main roles - I feel bad for him..:(

I actually forgot his is name zee, and I didn’t want to use fighter as we are already using real names, so I searched up the cast and it said pruk so I just used it! Now that you say zee, I remember that’s his name! I think the reason this couple is one of my favourite is because they complete each other! One is super manly, dumb, rich and shy - the other confident, poor, clever and more cute than manly! Yeah, a good combination!! Also I would say saint is about as pale as zee, but how did they not become tanned after spending soo much time at the beach together?! Probably because they never left the hotel room bed and sauna ;)))
Haha I don’t even think about watching the special! I didn’t want to be disappointed in myself twice..
Saint is a legend of an actor, if they’d put him a support he’ll probably outshine the main roles with his skills and visuals…imagine hehe!! But I loved pruk!! When I first started watching WRU? I thought how’s this guy because I never saw him in any other bl and I was super scared his acting was gonna be bad because he’s inexperienced but WOW is he both skilled and beautiful!!
