There are a few things that perturb me.
1. If the psychiatrist is the killer, why did he possess a 38-caliber revolver, which, according to Jung Min in episode 3, is used by the police?
2. Also, if he truly was the killer, why wasn't the psychiatrist able to recognise Do Won? The killer clearly saw a picture of Do Won with Seo Kyung inside the train.
3. Why was Do Won from World B shocked after seeing the list of patients with Huntington's disease - did he possibly know the killer?
