You can feel the daily struggles of medical profession , ethical and financial related dilemma, generation gap associated problems, enjoyable character development, heartwarming relationship between two main leads.....✌️✌️
That is what this drama can offer me...

This is just a drama not medical textbook to explain full extent of all things.
And what is wrong with main leads being genius?? Most of the medical dramas give that type of genius main leads.
One thing for sure is he is doing only his specialities.And most of the surgeries are related to TAE.
So, he is not playing all role of genius.As for me, it is acceptable.
