I am sure I read somewhere that the director or the script writer stated that he wanted to do a fresh concept of the Full House with different settings and he was hoping that his drama will get a huge success like the 2004 version that's why I would rather think about it as a remake not a sequel.

At the moment of its release, it was clearly stated that this is a remake of the hit 2004 drama Full house and that's why they decided to title it "Take 2"

I always thought that Full House was overrated even if it was one of my first Korean dramas. I didn't watch Take 2 though.

That's a good thing. Most of drama addicts seek relaxation through watching dramas and it works, at least for me.
