If there was a scene like that then I can’t remember it. I remember there was a scene where Tharn threatened to rape Type because Fiat had been saying some disgusting things to Tharn of what Fiat wanted to do to Type. I remember they got close to it in the scene I mentioned above when Type eventually got more into it and that was when Type left and went back to his family. From memory alone I’m pretty sure it was closer to assault than rape but it’s been a while since I read it. I was planning to re read it soon anyway so I’ll try and update the comment when I have.

Tharn doesn’t rape Type but it’s similar to the things he did in season 1 (kissing him and doing stuff while he is saying no, but then Type changes his mind and says yes) In fact most of their intimate scenes are like that, but he doesn’t rape him although I do wish there was more consent in their relationship.
Type does hire a gang to scare and threaten to assault Fiat but I’m pretty sure they don’t threaten to rape him. I may have remembered that part wrong but I don’t think they would do that, especially after what Lhong did to Tar.

This series was so dark but I loved it! The cast did such a great job and each scene was memorable and amazing. The actual themes they presented are very real, which is why this is so heartbreaking. I love the analogy of the cause and effect and as the review above says “For every cause there is an effect, for every action there is a consequence.” I love that they did this because they looked into so many themes (rape, sexual assault, mind games, HIV, bullying, suicide and even more). I also like the 13 core feelings the top review discussed because you could see each of those feelings and how they impacted the characters. I’m actually glad this was short because I don’t think I could make it through a longer series. Kudos to all the cast members for portraying rape as much more serious than other dramas often make it out to be.

I’m so excited about this. I read the novel a while ago using my friend to help. The names are a little confusing though because Jinake was also known as Nitiman or something similar right? Bom was also called Hero a lot which got very confusing. I hope their names get cleared up because that was the most confusing thing about this novel.

I don’t think it’s only because he’s not handsome, it’s because he’s nothing like Gun is described. They describe him in the series as being super handsome and muscular and didn’t even bother changing the script to fit the actor. I personally didn’t mind Win, but he’s not muscular or as handsome as Gun is constantly described as, so it does make it a little strange. It seems like the script writers just turned lazy and didn’t want to fix it to match which was my main problem with it.

I didn’t think I’d enjoy this based on some of the comments further down but this was so good!
