No one can be semi-raped. The girl could have been assaulted, but he either had to stick it in her to be rape or not. That's just from my knowledge of it through law. But this whole damn case has been so confusing! I dunno what or who to believe. I really hope this isn't true but if it is it needs to be proven right and not based on trivial facts but rape can be pretty hard to prove sometimes.
