Reboot is good (and I have restarted it) but thats my smart tv itself. I watch kisskh on it with no issues, but looks like youku does not want to work ok

Wifi problem maybe?
Hi, doubt it. Tried 720p and 1080p same issue there is no picture and I tried another drama same. Starts ok and then looks like file damaged. Laptop is on same wifi and has no issue. Cannot be a resolution problem as it starts and shows the picture ok for the time of the song...

Hi, so I have this Question: I have the app on the phone and am logged in with it in youku.tv website on laptop and TV Samsung the Frame. When I start streaming the song goes OK, but when the episode should start the screen is distorted. Do you have some suggestions how to fix this? I want to watch it on a big screen. Thanks in advance

Yeah why do I have the feeling like they were hacked and someone released it and that's why it has auto translated subs? I have the feeling that we might need to wait a bit for the rest of the episodes, hope I am not right...

I stopped watching it because of the subs from what I saw CGI seems ok and ending credits did not give the story up as we do not know if they are not mixed up which I think they are... I have the feeling as if someone messed up and released the episode when it was not ready
