its the same all over the place.
for example ppl watch vin diesel for action movies.
ppl watch tom hanks for great slice of life movies.
if tom hanks stars in an action movie everyone will watch it but theyll feel weird.
choi min sik in korea for great weird movies. if he did romance, ppl will watch it but everyone will feel weird.
in dramas its almost the same.
i watch park shin hye because i like her character choice. the naive innocent crying girl. if she suddenly acts as a vallain ill watch the drama for her but i wont enjoy it as much as i enjoy the *sweet girl* act she always does.
just like all of her other millions of fans.
you should read how happy everyone is watching this drama in korea.
