Her lips has always been plumpy as hell since she was a baby..look at her childhood photos and teenage photos.
It's to do with the lip liner if u zoom in in most of her photos its to do with the lip liner or makeup if u zoom in her pictures u will always notice her lips are always overlined to make it look plumper
