After making her as a support role in the first 34 episodes, the screenwriter and director realized that and decided they had a FL which needs more screentime so they kill off her family and master to make her cry. 😂

Love the development of their relationship. From being competitive foes, became friends and then slowly lovers. They also have a deep understanding of each other that they don’t have silly fights over trivial stuff and they always look out for each other, especially HFX/FLX towards BFX.
There were times when LanXi stares proudly at his woman when they succeed in the battle. Like after the successful ambush and many of YouZhou’s soldiers died, he was looking at her proudly and with deep admiration. I bet he wanted to scream that’s my woman! 😂

HC is slowly realizing that YWY is not what he seems to be but he doesn’t care for now, besides he doesn’t know about the SoulTaker sect yet. As long as he gets to rule the world, he will do everything to get what he wants.
